Murphy’s Law…

 

Thanks everyone for your concern…I am feeling much better.  I have most of my posts up on the blog.  If you are wondering, I don’t comment on all of the readings because some of them I just really don’t have anything to say, however I do read all of the stories no matter how crazy they are!

So I have been following “Murphy’s Law” this term: “If anything can go wrong it will”  which has been the story of my life for the last couple of weeks.  So on top of being sick I am stuck home with a broken down car (now I am wishing I lived in the city).  So I will not be in class once again tomorrow.  I am sorry for missing everyones presentations, but I have been keeping updated by all the blogs. 

I am wishing everyone a happy March Break and I will be back, good as new after the break.    

I’m Late…

Hi everyone… so you are most likely wondering where some of my blog post are… well I am sorry but I am behind on some of my work.  Things have been kind of crazy the last couple of weeks.  I was really sick and in the hospital so I am now working hard to get everything posted as soon as possible.  Slowly but surely things are getting done!!!    

Science Fiction will be an Adventure…

Science Fiction will be an adventure for me as it is not a genre of books that I read on a regular basis.   Mind you I have seen the Star Wars movies, and once upon a time I was really into “Power Rangers” (if that counts), and my brother keeps me informed.  He reads a lot of Science Fiction so I normally get my daily dose from him.  So needless to say I am really looking forard to exploring this type of literature, however interesting or weird it may be. 

This weeks reading of John Wyndham’s, “The Chrysalids” I was a little apprehensive about because it is not something I would pick up and read, and I have a problem getting into books that I am not a fan of, however I started reading the book last weekend and I was really suprised to discover that the book is highly interesting… Who knew…..Science Fiction here I come…
